激光淬火的工作原理

  2、试样淬火层的硬度出现靠近表面的硬度高于母材(有的出现高于淬火层平均值,有的出现低于淬火层的平均值,比如说中高碳钢、合金钢淬火后硬化层的平均硬度是52HRC-56HRC,母材是40HRC左右,淬火层靠近表面的硬度有时出现46HRC---49HRC),沿深度方向向里会出现硬度值更高的现象,再向里硬度会呈现缓慢降低的趋势(即硬度值出现先升高再降低,在一个范围内波动最后降低于母材)。这个也比较好解释,无非是功率过大导致材料表面出现脱碳现象,并且可能功率过大导致温度过高,从而造成奥氏体晶粒长大转变为粗大的马氏体组织,亦或是靠近表面的碳化物溶解同时溶入奥氏体中的碳和合金元素向次表面再次扩散再分布形成了高碳马氏体;
